Novillos de la Sierra is a traditional sierreño and norteño trio.

The group is made up of Edel Chávez (accordion and lead vocals), Elizer Valdez (electric bass), and Edgardo Osuna (guitar and backing vocals), musicians originally from Ruiz Cortines, Guasave, Sinaloa. The combination of their talents creates an authentic sound that represents traditional regional Mexican music.

With more than 15 years of experience, Novillos de la Sierra have built a solid career within the regional circuit, maintaining their current lineup for several years. Their consistency has led them to perform at dances, fairs, and events throughout Sinaloa, Sonora, and other regions of northwestern Mexico, while also connecting with the Mexican community in the United States.
